Hai has a diverse background in project management, having served as a project manager at Evanta and successfully organized business conferences for Fortune 10 to 100 C-suite executives in major cities like NYC, Toronto, and LA. He's also a dedicated community advocate, having spent time as a community organizer for local non-profits and as a field organizer for political campaigns: including two presidential campaigns in OR, NY, & PA , a Queens, NY city council race, and served as the first Vietnamese-American Campaign Manager in Oregon on two state representative races in 2012 & 2022.

In addition to his professional achievements, Hai has also enjoyed a successful career as a national and international commercial print model and commercial actor for nearly two decades. He even had the exciting opportunity to be featured in a Michael Kang & Teddy Zee film that premiered at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.
