Mr. Johnathan Barlow Tolbert is a multifaceted leader whose impact spans business and spirituality. Serving as President of the Black American Chamber of Commerce since 2019, he vigorously advances the interests of Black entrepreneurs. Since 1991, he has also been the staff pastor at Celebration Tabernacle Church, leading the Entrepreneurial Ministry, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to faith and community.

In 1996, Mr. Tolbert achieved ordination as a bishop in the True Believers Assembly of Nondenominational Churches of America, a role in which he provides vital spiritual guidance and support. Beyond his spiritual endeavors, he boasts over 30 years of retail sales experience, consistently contributing to the growth and success of various retail enterprises.
